Post Functions - Overview

Description

Post Functions allow inter-row calculations to be carried out on the rows returned from a raw multi-function profile result set.

Purpose

Use Post Functions to;

• format data
• plot cumulative graphs
• calculate logarithms
• calculate multi-row averages
• calculate figures for Month-on-Month, Year-on-Year and Year-To-Date
• calculate deltas between rows

Notes

• Each measure can have a different post-function applied.   
• It is not possible to turn off individual post-functions without removing them from the configuration
• The order in which data is returned impacts on most post-processing functions
