# Uploading Data

### Uploading Data

If the files that are needed are not already on the DataJet server they will need to be uploaded.  

- **Large Files**: Speak to your Data Administrator if large files need to be uploaded.
- **Restricted Access:** If access to the Data Sources location is restricted speak to your Data Administrator.
- **Small Files**: Smaller files can be uploaded using [Remote File Manager](/v1/docs/remote-file-manager) or uploaded as part of the file selection process.
