Quick Load

New Project From File

Use Project | Quick Load | New Project From File to create a new project with a single table in it created from a specified file.

This will execute the following steps:

1. Specify a name for the new project
2. Open the Load File dialog and select the delimited file to import (NOTE: For details on importing data from other data sources, see Importing)
3. Specify the Table Load definition - e.g., table name, data types, headers, sample size (if loading an unknown file) etc
4. Create new project and import file
5. Open new project

Add Table From File

Use Project | Quick Load | Add Table From File to add a new table to an existing project.

This will execute the following steps:

1. Open the Load File dialog and select the delimited file to import 
2. Specify the Table Load definition - e.g., table name, data types, headers, sample size (if loading an unknown file) etc
3. Import data into new table
4. Refresh Project Explorer
